Help!!! im moving to brisbane and havent a clue on anything!

Hi there, not really sure what to write as i have never done a blog in my life!!! my husband, myself, our 11yr old. our 7yearold, our 6year old and our baby 4 year old, shall shortly be moving to brisbane. my husband has just got a 457 visa!!!!!. although he shall be be going out at least 8 weeks before us i was wondering if anyone else is in the same position as me or has been recently. we currently live in cavan,republic of ireland and live in the country. although myself and my husband have lived in the husssle of london, england, prior to having the kids, we are more of the rural life kid of people now and soo are the kids.

he has got himself a job in DARRA and i after doing a heap of internet looking i think ROSEWOOD seems a lovely place for us to rent for a while.

A few things i am not sure of, as was wondering if any one could help is _ we both will need to buy new cars and would my maximum no claims bonus from ireland be excepted in australia???? also how long does it take for tfn to come if u do it online?????? Are also are catholic schools better than the state schools???? Is a better life for my children. how much do horse ridding lessons costs etc?????

Also if anyone has a rough idea of how much roughly would a weekly grocery shop cost for a family of six?????

My head is spinning with sooo many questions to ask but now has gone blank!!!!

Please help me here, i soo excited yet so frightened as its such a huge leap for me!!!
